Dr. Jason Garth Anderson specializes in interventional spine & pain management. He co-owns Spinal Diagnostics, in Tualatin, Oregon, along with Dr. Robert Heros, MD. He has a strong background in pain management, previously serving as a physician at multiple clinical centers.
Dr. Anderson earned his Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from the prestigious Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his medical residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics, where he gained expertise in managing various musculoskeletal conditions and promoting functional recovery.
Throughout his career, Dr. Anderson has focused on interventional techniques to alleviate pain and improve the quality of life for his patients. He has undergone specialized fellowship training in Interventional Spine, Pain Management, and Sports Medicine at Orthopaedic & Spine Specialists in York, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Anderson has been actively involved in various professional associations and committees throughout his career. He has been a member of multiple organizations, including the Spine Intervention Society (SIS), the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS), the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), and the Osteopathic Physicians & Surgeons of Oregon (OPSO).
With a dedication to staying at the forefront of his field, Dr. Anderson actively engages in research and professional development. He has collaborated at several medical conferences, including the Osteopathic Medical Education Conference (OMED) in Seattle, WA, where he has shared his expertise on interventional pain procedures, neck pain, and pain management.
Dr. Anderson has also published multiple research projects, including a chapter in the Atlas of Image-Guided Spinal Procedures and a study on the efficacy of fluoroscopically guided lumbosacral interlaminar epidural steroid injections.

Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Anderson enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring culinary arts through cooking, and staying intellectually engaged through reading and continuous learning. He’s also passionate about the outdoors and adventure, often taking part in whitewater rafting and other nature-based activities. Traveling is another interest of his, as he values experiencing diverse cultures and new perspectives around the world.
